Saputo interview questions

Traditional behavioral interview questions. Very disappointing process though. Completely ghosted me after the first round interview went great. Told me they would get back to me after a month to let me know if I’d be moving on. It’s ridiculous that any companies interview process takes more than a few weeks in total but it just shows they lack respect for people they interview. The initial HR screening interview was very pleasant and she was friendly.

No feedback and response following numerous follow-ups. Lack of proffessionalism and courtesy. Rush process with little guidance. Senior roles offer very little challenge or opportunity to express opinions.
