Processus d'entretien par entonnoir en 3 round : entretien téléphonique, entretien avec les potentiels managers, entretien avec les VP. J'ai trouvé que les managers et vice président étaient vraiment inspirants et très humains. Cherchent à connaitre notre personnalité, à cerner nos compétences et voir comment on peut se développer dans la compagnie

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Saputo (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Initial communication and interviews seemed good. But after 3 stages and being told I'd done the final stage and things were looking positive I was then left for 4 weeks with no update. I then had a number of recruiters in that time coming to me about the role, so they must have put me on some sort of backup list. It didn't make me feel like I wanted to go forward with the process anyway and I would have appreciated an earlier rejection and feedback. The talent acquisition team were always very friendly.
