Question 1
Comentar sobre algun desafío técnico en mi ultimo trabajo.
First I got a call from HR department, and set up a date for an evaluation.
Then got details and a link to a project that needed an update and adding a functionality to the code. Then I got an English interview by skype.
After that I got a final interview with the project leaders, mostly regarding previous experience and projects that I've worked.

Question 1
It was not a very difficult test but requiered concentration and knowledge of the tools that were evaluated. In this case were spring, mysql and jsp's. Also some project creational tools like maven.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Santex Group (Buenos Aires) in Apr 2021
