I was coming from out of state so the first step was a technical phone screen. This was a challenging process. It was short (about 30 minutes) and overall went well. You have to know your stuff here, so be prepared. Second, I was invited to interview on-site. I flew down and spent about 90 minutes. I interviewed with 2 of my peers and their director. Again, it was tough. Less technical, more situational. They pressed on questions they valued and asked in multiple ways to see if the answer changed. In hindsight, this was brilliant. They are looking for a good fit not only technically, but culturally. Those are equal in importance.
