Chrysler Capital - Customer Service Representative Interview

      Oct 31, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      North Richland Hills, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (North Richland Hills, TX) in Aug 2013

      Interview

First I had to complete an online application - that is required. I applied for several positions that were relevant to my field, and after a month or so - I was called for an interview. The lady that called was very professional and asked if I would be available later that week. Thursday came around, I drove out and was a little apprehensive when I realized I was part of a "mass hiring." I had two excellent interviewers. I say this because I've interviewed canidates in the past for positions, and they asked the right questions. The first interviewer was a purely qualifier - weeding out the questionable from the more qualified. The second interviewer was even better. He asked situation questions - and difficult ones. All in all, I was impressed - I left knowing I was not a number on a piece of paper - but an individual with high hopes.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe your most difficult situation you've been in when speaking with a client. Clearly this was a loaded situational question that you just have to be honest and jovial with.
