Interview
After submitting the application, you are to complete an online assessment, which examines your numerical and verbal reasoning. After successfully completing this stage, you will then be invited to a scheduled telephone interview. The main part of the telephone interview will be answering 3 competency questions. The final stage of the interview process, will involve you to attend an interview at Santander. This involved 3 stages, which consists of: a small numerical test, role-play and then finally a 1-1 interview that involves a different 3 competency questions. After completion, you will be sent home and receive a reply the next day with some feedback.
Após a inscrição teve prova online com diversos temas como português, excel e raciocínio logico, após aprovacao teve entrevista presencial em grupo com dinâmica e a última etapa foi entrevista individual com os gestores da área.

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
Video interview where you’ll be asked a series of questions. The process isn’t too haunting but very well to prepare in advance to ensure you can answer properly
