They start with the CV overview and then standard competency based on how you managed various situations (risk checks, problem solving, change projects and defy business practices).
Sometimes they can come up with a short technical test (not standard Santander).

Interview
First round with an HR followed by hiring manager. The interviewer asked behavioural questions. Go through the job description and company details in advance. First round was an HR call. She just checked if I have experience in all key areas mentioned in the job description.

Interview
I had 2 calls with senior analysts and 2 calls with Directors. Calls with senior analysts were pretty easy: interpret results outputted by a software package, do some math like calculating profit margins. Had a pretty negative experience with the directors. One seemed to have made a mistake in explaining the task and couldn't admit his mistake. Another just behaved very unprofessionally.
