As i was living in Spain, we communicate most of the time by mail. We only have one interview, and it was by phone. As both me and my boss to be were Spanish, we talk in spanish, but i have to pass a small language level test.

Interview
I got my on-site interview right after my phone interview. My phone interview was good (within 30 minutes) but I had four on-site interviews. Most on-site interviews was very tedious and the interviewers were not prepared. Company VPs kept me waiting for 40 minutes.
