First - exchange with HR manager, classic resume-oriented questions, motivation and fit for the job
Second - exchange with manager in charge of the accelerator team, very positive, puts you in situation, asks question on leadership style, how to solve some complex situations, a bit of a roleplay
Third - exchange with senior leader - tries to catch you by surprise on tricky questions, asking for clarity & details all along, but whe i questionned him answers were inprecise, unmotivated, very vague, overall not a great conversation
