Easy but thorough, very detail oriented with the requirement of project management concepts and courses. Several online interviews followed by an in person interview. The process was quite long but but people was nice
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience with analytical techniques, molecular biology and regulatory compliance
It was good to see the HR was talking technically, but they may not have the experience to judge the scientific ability and credibility. Also, they sent a questionnaire to assess analytical thinking and IQ, but ghosted after that; no update on the application status even after follow-up. Companies take the candidates' time as take it for granted. Respect is something lacking in the interview process. And the important thing is they are not asking out of the world, high IQ questions to judge, even so, you can still respect the candidate's time. An interview candidate is one's future employee, disrespecting anyone's time is a great attribute to become successful.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sanofi (París) in Mar 2026
Interview
Three virtual calls, one with HR for a 30min screeening. After a few weeks another 1h technical call with the hiring manager ad after another month a call with some team members for further questions about my background and probing questions about the research topic. Very long time between follow-ups that drag the interview process, but overall positive interactions throughout.
