Sanofi Financial Manager interview questions

The whole interview process focused on personality fit. There was no detail technical questions. Most of the interview questions were behaviour related. Also, because the role is required to interact with sales and marketing departments on the daily basis, couple of one on one interviews were with head managers from various marketing departments.
