Sandoz interview questions

Ho affrontato 4 colloqui, di cui uno in inglese pre-registrato, uno con domande attitudinali, uno di gruppo con altri 3 candidati e uno finale con il manager di Affari regolatori

Pre-screening with external recruiter, 1st interview with Div Manager and 2nd interview with Div Manager and Commercial Manager incorporating a case study and behavioural questions. The 1st interview focuses on your resume. As a recently spun off stand alone you will find that Sandoz is struggling to find its feet. As is typical of Pharma they stay in their lane and cannot change gears despite wanting to do things differently. There is a disconnect. The role reads well in theory but in practice it will be entirely different simply because everyone views the role differently. This will get messy quickly.
