Sandoz interview questions

Standard competency based questions. Went throughout three rounds of interviews. The questions were with average difficulty. I was asked about my previous experiences and motivation for the job. I was then given clinical study budget to analyze and propose commercial terms.

2 rounds of interview. First the immediate manager takes the interview and then senior lead.questions are on AS and background, whether ready to work long hours etc I was asked about fixed assets. Also certain management ethics questions were also asked.
