I met with three employees: my boss, the head of HR, and my boss's boss. Since interviewing, the head of HR left and now interviews are one on one with just my boss. It's probably better this way, my boss's boss didn't even make an attempt at pretending he wanted to be there. Questions asked were standard for any retail cashier position. Since being hired over three years ago, the questions have only gotten easier since not many "qualified" people apply, whatever that means to them. If you can work basic (old) technology and have a basic grasp of addition and subtraction, the job is likely yours.
