Phone interviews with: Talent Acquisition, Senior level manager, Same level manager
In person interviews with: Senior Level Manager, Hiring Director, VP
Too many different directives from the HQ, differing from R.HQ, even towards Local subsidiary.
Too much restrictions in operations KPIs that affects the real operation from company growth.
Need to be able to accept long hours and work communications during weekends.

First step is the online mathematics and analytical test, second - interview with company's SCM director of 2.5H duration with detailed description of my experience, test cases as hired candidate, lot of questions how to fix certain work case.
