Sam's Club Merchandizer interview questions

Applied and was selected relatively quickly scheduled and interview for two days later - I arrived early and they had me wait in cafe the manager that was going to interview me was on lunch so a team lead took my interview instead. They didn’t have any questions for me besides my availability and then he spent a few minutes explaining the job to me. I was there for ten minutes tops

Asked about soft skills, no experience is needed to start this job. Definitely geared toward younger people who have no prior job experience. Very laid back and no stress at all.
