Sam's Club Merchandiser interview questions

I was walked through the store and shown the potential areas I would be working in. Then I was brought upstairs to meet the team lead and managers. They went over what the job requires, then go over schedule they need to be worked and try to fit in what you requested and then if all is well then you’d get an offer.

(Note - This was for 3AM shift so they might've been more lenient) 1. Initial phone call 2. Brief in-person chat with team leader 3. Interview in-office (recorded - seems a bit scripted)
