I received a call from HR associate on a friday inviting me to an interview the following monday. I met with the recruiter, who was very nice and laid back. She asked me about my background and about my last job, then followed with the standard interview questions "describe a situation when...". There were only 3 questions and then she went on to describe the position to me. Once we finished with that she asked for my availability and as soon as I provided the information I was offered the position on the spot.
Describe a situation when you had to answer a customer question when you did not have the complete information. How did you get it and what was the outcome

Interview
They were more thorough than other retail stores I interviewed for, but nothing major was asked. They simply told me what I would be doing, asked if I could do it, and asked if I could pass a drug test. All in all, they were more professional than other retail stores and paid better, so it all worked out.
