Sam's Club interview questions

Been a bit, but the 3 questions asked were along the lines of "how did you deal with an angry costumer" you can use personal experience with someone angry, but just say you wouldn't go off on someone and you'll be fine, the other was "how do you leverage a new technology in your daily life" this question is dumb, i made something up about using Microsoft Excel to schedule things. and the last one i can't remember, i got an interview for 2 different jobs there, same questions each time, different Sam's could have different questions, but there's my cheat sheet.
