I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Concord, NH) in Sep 2022
Interview
Initial call, extremely difficult to understand the interviewer as they are not from the local NH market. My guess is from overseas. Asked very basic questions about if you can work in the US, can you show proof etc...
They mentioned as a Sales Training and Sales Manager/Director's pay is $15 an hour, wtf, That is way below the market rate, and what area companies are paying for similar positions at $75,000 and above. Serious concerns here and avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic initial interview questions.
Sounds like they were reading off a script
They called me in to interview at thr store, super unprofessional. I overhead a woman tell the assistant manager, that I had arrived and manager responded that this interview wouldn't be taking long. The woman and assistant manager both interviewed me, they pulled up chairs in the middle of a hallway where employees were walking back and forth and the assistant manager was on his cell phone the entire time watching tik tok, he asked one question at the end and then went back to his phone.
