Sam's Club interview questions

I am more than qualified for the position that I applied for, showcased a strong job history and skillset via my resume (which I transcribed into their online application system to ensure that my prior work experience was highlighted), had complete open availability for scheduling, and was selected to go on to the next step in their selection process - a Tax Credit questionnaire that inquired if I have any disabilities - which I completed within 24 hours of having been assigned the task. Since informing them that I do not have a disability that would qualify for the Tax Credit they would receive from the government my application remains "in review". It seems clear to me that Sams (Ie. their parent company: Walmart) is only interested in filling the position that I applied for with someone that would allow them to get a kickback. For what it's worth, I am a certified Mental Health Counselor so you can bet your bottom dollar that I am an advocate for persons with disabilities. I'm just offput by the unethical practices that Sams/Walmart are engaging in by very clearly taking advantage of a system set up to protect marginalized people groups.

Very casual and quick interview. A lot more questions about availability and when I would like to start working than traditional interview questions. Put a little effort into how you dress, show up and you will get the job.
