Sam's Club interview questions

I applied online and received a call for an interview by the next day. It took several days to schedule the first interview as the supervisor that I had to get in touch with was rarely available. The interview was scheduled and I went in the following day. I waited approximately 10 minutes for the manager to become available. I was asked typical interview questions (ie. Strengths, weaknesses, past experience, successes, and failures) followed by a rundown of the company and how things work. I was told hours I would likely receive and the pay (minimum wage as expected). The whole process took about 30 minutes and I was asked if I would come for a second interview. I was told they would call me to schedule the time. Days passed and no word so I called to no avail. It has not been 2 weeks and I still have not been able to schedule my second interview.

People were very friendly and down to Earth, though the atmosphere was a bit intimidating. I had 3 interviews, one of which was a panel interview with the team. My advice is relax, take it easy. Be sure you know what you are talking about and what the position requirements are.
