Sam's Club interview questions

Very relaxing, they ask typical behavioral questions. First interview was with the dept. lead. After that there was another interview with the dept. manager. They will either hire you on the spot or tell you that they will call you back, which almost never happens. They will ask you to come back at another day for orientation and training on the same day as your interview if the choose to hire you.

I applied online. I got a call the next day to interview that same day. I went in and had two separate interviews. Then they had me drug test. They called a week later to tell me to go in for the third interview. They gave me the position and told me to wait for orientation.
