Minimum. They are always hiring in Odessa. If you present yourself as reliable and trustworthy you can get a job almost anywhere in Odessa. That was before oil prices fell. Currently the job market is a little tougher (2015) They are laying off and the process may be completely different now.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Manchester, NH) in Aug 2011
Interview
When I first arrived they had me sit and wait for an MSS (member services supervisor) to come and lead me to where we would interview. She was very busy and seemed out of breath and I could already tel that her position was pretty stressful. She took me into the break room and we sat side by side at a long table where she pulled out a booklet full of questions and started asking me questions. As a answered she would just jot down notes. It was fairly quick and easy and the questions were really generic.
