I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Owensboro, KY)
Interview
You go in for your first interview generally with a team lead, assistant manager or HR. They ask you some pretty generic but good questions (the kind that people usually prepare for), and usually are pretty personable without being inappropriate throughout the interview. If that person likes you, then they'll call you in a week or so to schedule a second interview. You'll have a new round of questions with a new person, but it's pretty much the same thing. If the second interviewer likes you, they'll offer you the job. They run a background check and have you take a drug test, and as long as those come back okay, you're good to go.
