Sam's Club interview questions

I applied online and even called the store. Didnt hear back from Sams for a little over a month and just assumed I did not have the job. They later called and asked for an interview to which I went. I sat for half an hour to see Manager A. When they did not show up, the team lead for cashiers did my interview, but had the attitude that she could care less if I were hired or not. She didnt care about my portfolio, naturally, because it is for the bakery and has nothing to do with her. She then left and said she would go get Manager B. Manager C shows up 45 minutes later, just to say "Hi my name is suchandsuch, Im sure Manager A told you all about me." When told Manager A and B both did not Show, C then too left. Finally as I was seen, I was Thanked for accepting the Cake Decorator Position, Which not only did I not apply for, But I had no experience in it. I was constantly coached about my speed at decorating, even though I was told it was a learning process since I had NO EXPERIENCE. The whole process was the most Drawn out, Unprofessional, Stragest by far interview Ive Ever experienced.

Very easy to get a job if you have the availability they need. Just apply online, pass the online skills assessment, and they will call you within a couple of days. Prior work experience not needed. You will either interview with a team lead or a manager. They will ask you a set of very basic interview questions. If they like you they will offer you the job, run a background check, and send you for a drug test that must be completed within 48 hours.
