I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Bellevue, NE) in Nov 2015
Interview
Fast and easy. The only reason it took any time at all was for drug test results, and a background check. I was happy to submit to both! Nobody wants to work with a criminal or a druggie.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Longview, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was asked to wait in the café. My appointment was at one and was greeted about twenty minutes after. I was lead to a room and asked questions while he typed on a computer. He explained the job and that it sometimes requires lifting heavy items repeatedly. I was asked to look over my answers that I had given online to make sure they were still correct. If I saw a mistake I was told that it would be fixed if I received a job offer.

Question 1
As a cashier we ask that you sell items such as plus memberships, early renewals, and credit. Do you feel you can do this?
Brief and was so long ago I barely remember it. I was already an hourly associate. It was an internal hire and I asked for the opportunity to interview for the job.
