Interview was easy. I already had worked as a cashier st another market so it wasn't anything new to me I told them that and how good I was with people. Smiled a lot. I think that's what actually got me the job. A smile can say a lot people! Start smiling. You're alive

I interviewed three times with three different people, took a drug test and background check. Overall the experience was a little daunting I had to wait three hours in the cafe area that was dirty.

They asked me to name a time where I worked as a team, what the assignment was, how it turned out, etc.

Interview
The first interview is with the supervisor over the department that you applied for. The supervisor will ask general questions about your work ethic and your personality. The second interview is with the manager that is over the department that you apply for. The manager will talk to you about the questions the supervisor asked and the answers you gave and tell you what they liked or did not like and they will go over what type of availability you have. If you are hired, you will have your final interview with the store manager. This is when they will go over specific things about your department and you pay and you will sign all your employment papers.
