I applied online. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Chandler, AZ) in Jan 2013
Interview
Pretty normal for any retail job. They just asked simple questions and wanted to get a feel for how you would act towards customers . They have a few people come and sit down with you and just talk to pretty much see if you are friendly.

Question 1
When was a time you had to make a quick choice with no positive outcome whatever you picked?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Flagstaff, AZ) in Jun 2017
Interview
Casual and laid-back. I was overdressed for the interview in comparison to what the supervisors and managers were wearing, this impressed them very much. They asked if I was comfortable with asking people to upgrade their memberships and apply for credit.

Question 1
Are you comfortable with encouraging club members to upgrade to plus and ask to apply for credit?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Bloomington, MN) in Nov 2014
Interview
you must apply on the sam's club website (some stores have a kiosk but I would call ahead if you do it that way to make sure they have one). then you call them after 2-3 days if they have not contacted you and ask about your application with a manager. If interested they will try and set you up with an interview the same day you called or the next day. you will be given 2 interviews, one with a store manager and the other with the team lead of the department. the next day give them a call about the interviews. they will give you the job offer right then if they are interested.
