Superficial, question about theft and how to deal with customer, and that Managment always is right no matter what! Even if they ask you for the moon. How to solve issues with angry member and how to manage with time/priority.

It was really quick and the questions were easy, depends on who interviews you mostly. If you're respectful and listen to them it's pretty easy going. I had to wait a little while but once they started they went through everything really fast.
