I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Springdale, AR) in Aug 2019
Interview
Brief. To the point. Exciting. The recruiter was really great and easy to talk to. I’ve encountered plenty of interviews but talking to a recruiter at Sam’s was great.
I had two interviews with Sam's Club. The first interview went well until they told me that they recently changed their computer systems and had lost my information. They also told me that the position they had me come in to interview for was no longer available. I was told to try to apply for a different position on their website that simply didn't exist. I was sent home, having been told that the manager would put the position on the website that night and/or contact me. Neither happened. A few days later, I applied for a different position and was asked via automated email to schedule an interview on the website. Only problem was the website was down for nearly a week. When I finally went in for the interview, I had to wait for two hours to talk to the interviewer. She apologized for being late and she was clearly in a hurry. The interview lasted maybe ten minutes and I never heard from them again.

Interview
Easy, casual, one-on-one interview - Interviewer was on time, so that was good -Not terribly experienced interviewer, but very nice person-Able to ask necessary questions during the paperwork, but would have been better to get the offer, ask questions, then present the paperwork and salary before asking to accept
