The first time was a “meet and greet”. I was 30 minutes from this location and they called me back for a second interview just to tell me the position is FILLED. Embarrassing and total lack of professionalism from this interview

Interview
The hiring process, for me, was very easy. I went in for a PT Cart Attendant position and ended up with a PT Member Service Associate position because the two people who hosted my interview liked the way I was dressed and my positive demeanor. There weren't many questions, I was essentially hired in less than 10 minutes.

Interview
Applied online, took survey, then scheduled interview through automated system. Got to store and waited 20 min. Before the manager came out and told me he didn't even know I was scheduled for an interview. I never got a call regarding the merchandising lead position, but then got an interview for the member team lead position. Before I could even make it in for that interview, it showed I was no longer being considered for either position. I know I am more than qualified for these positions given my experience, but I feel like I was discriminated against because of my age and ethnicity. A very bad experience!
