Sam's Club interview questions

Very casual, basically standing in the store. Talked to two managers. Both very polite but did seem like they weren't happy about disrupting their day to talk to some random job hunter, and that's ok because like everywhere else I'm sure they're very under staffed. A couple of basic questions. I thought it went very well...apparently I was mistaken! It seems that they're not really interested in hiring older experienced people. I believe if you're in the 18-22 yr old range you stand a much better chance than a well dressed 50 something yr old.
