First you interview with a COS, which are cashier supervisors. They go over your resume and ask varies situational questions. Second interview with manger from the front end. Then the last interview with the Store Manger (coach). If you get to the third interview you basically got the job. Then your sent for a drug screen.

you apply online on the Sams Club website, for the first interview you are asked the basic interview questions. if you pass first interview you will get a call back to set up a second interview. then they will either interview you again or give you a job offer.
