Interview
Not too bad really just the average interview questions. I’m not sure why it’s asking me to review this right now, all I was trying to do was see another company’s interview process
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Virginia Beach, VA) in Jul 2021
Interview
First you fill out an online application, The type long kind with lots of trick questions.
If you're a qualified candidate and pass the questionaire you will be emailed and asked to pick a time slot to be interviewed.
Upon arrival inform the greeter you have an appointment to be interviewed and they will direct you to the membership desk where you again inform the associate that you are scheduled for an interview this time adding the position as well. they will radio for a team lead or department coach(manager) and have you wait in their cafe area.
your interviewer will hopefully arrive promptly go through introductions, get to know you a little bit, and then ask you a series questions listed on a sheet of paper and record your answers. If they like you the will inform you of a second interview and that you will be called to schedule it with in a few days.
My second interview went a bit side ways and I was actually hired for a position I didn't even apply for so can't give much insight into how it should normally go. But if all goes well you will be emailed a job offer which you may refuse or accept. After accepting the job offer you must agree to a background check and schedule a drug screen with a clinic you choose from a list provided. Pass those and congrats u have a job
