I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Started with a management assessment which was similar to a personality assessment with business related questions. It was fairly vague and didn't particularly align with the job. Then there was a recorded virtual interview where you record videos of yourself answering interview questions. You could re-record as many times as necessary. Finally, I had a Zoom interview with the Operations managers of the facility I was applying for.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sam's Club in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process is typically with more than one person. The questions are mostly situational and need examples of specific situations that relate to the question. There are questions inside of questions and detailed answers are expected.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sam's Club in Jan 2022
Interview
There is many steps and tasks to complete as well as drug tests and background check but it is worth the shot. The two times I have to go in for the interview and orientation the management and employees seem very friendly.
