Basic interview questions, friendly. It was detailed and a very comfortable atmosphere, I would recommend for someone younger and has to go through a first time interview process. Also it was clean
Received email with time slot for in person interview. Easy interview. Only cared about availability. Very little was discussed during our time together. Available days the main focus of interview. Slightly Frustrating because application already had completed list of availability. No
Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
