Interview
The first interview will be conducted by a hourly supervisor. They typically ask five questions pertaining to the competencies defined in the job description. If you recieve a high enough rating on your answers you will be interviewed by a salaried member of management. After that step you will have a background check and drug screen.

Interview
They are fairly quick to give you a call back. You are called in for a primary interview and usually sat in the cafe or an office (if available). The questions are pretty general, similar to most other interviewing processes. If you seem to be a good candidate they will either schedule a secondary interview or conduct it immediately following your primary interview with a manager. You will have to have a drug test done which usually takes about a week to get back. And after that you will begin your training process.
