I applied online. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Riverview, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Easy. Questions were like someone interviewing a high schooled. hey needed warm bodies to fill positions. They called me the next day after apply on line the night before . The manager of the Café and another department was leaving and needed to fill many positions. So he bulk hired and did not care who he hired. I just was lucky enough to get hired, however, this store is a bad store, and its like a revolving door of people.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2013
Interview
Went though a 3 part interview and somebody dropped the ball, had to re-do the entire interview once again. The whole process could have been avoided but they chose to proceed with the bout of interviews, complaining and pointing fingers at one another. It was clear to see that there was underlying tension and this made the whole interview process very uncomfortable.

Interview
I applied online. One week later I received a call to come in for an interview that day. Five days after the interview, I got a call to come in for a second interview for the next day. At that interview, I had an interview with the store manger and I was hired on the spot.
