Sally Beauty interview questions

I applied online, received a call about a week later for a phone interview. They asked why I want to work there, what I want my pay to be, availability, etc. I went in very prepared for the interview but when I got there they acted like I already had the job and just confirmed my availability, went over employee duties, and asked me to start the next day. No interview questions at all except if I'm a licensed cosmetologist (you don't need to be.) Very very simple and laid-back experience.
