Went over a few questions, it was very relaxed and friendly. I was expecting to have to role play and try and sell something to her but I wasn't asked to do that, although when I joined the company I realised it was something that many of the other managers would do and were actually meant to do during an interview.

Tell me about a difficult situation within the workplace and how you dealt with it.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sally Beauty (Raleigh, NC) in Apr 2015
Interview
Its 2 seperate interviews but they did all in one. Its supposed to be one with the store manager first, and then if she likes you then she sends you to the district manager. But i had mine with both at the same time. They just asked me basic interview questions, i got interviewed on a wednesday and then started the very next day

Question 1
"if there was one word you had to use to describe yourself what would it be?"
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sally Beauty (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2014
Interview
I was interviewed by the district manager because she was in that day so it's not the norm. It wasn't uncomfortable or scary. A lot of it was her explaining the company's ideas and goals to me. Make sure you can complete the training and are specific on the hours you want because most stores only have a handful of girls so calling out sick, etc. is unacceptable.
