Sally Beauty interview questions

I got hired pretty fast because I called and followed up with them. Went in for an interview and wasn't even an interview. the manager didn't ask me any question she just complained about how previous employees stole from her and was looking for an assistant manager. Find out later she tells everyone that when she hires them. Had a second interview over the phone with the dm, all he does is talk and talk about the company. Doesn't ask any questions. Weirdest interviews in my whole entire life.
