The interview process was nice and smooth. They sent me an email explaining the needed documents. It took about three weeks for the company to get back to me about the hiring process

Fairly simple, typical questions like what would you if someone was stealing, being knowledgeable in beauty is a pro but not a must you can learn as you go. Hiring doesn’t take long either

Interview
Met with the manager first and got the call to schedule a second interview with the district manager a couple of hours later (time may vary). If you're not a people person/ not friendly it's best to look elsewhere. Sometimes the manager asks other employees what you did or how you carried yourself when you came into the store. If you're nervous that's ok but if you come off snobby thats another story. My advice is to dress like you work there already, it's an easy check mark if you do. You learn a lot about hair and beauty on the job. So far they're good at choosing cool co-workers (i've worked at two locations) so thats a plus. If you don't have prior hair/beauty experience focus on customer service in your resume or vice versa. They may ask if you've been in an environment where hard work was necessary ( shipment days are a lot of work but not as bad as it could be) and describe how you've worked with people/customers. Don't count out volunteer work because that counts as well. All in all you've done SOMETHING that could contribute to their corporation so as long as you're friendly and word your resume to sort of match what they're looking for you will be fine.
