There are several thorough steps to the recruiting process to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit for both Salesforce and the candidate. Step one - with a recruiter Step 2 - Manager. Interview
Over the phone the process consistented of 2 HR interviews, 2 Manager interviews, role play customer discovery session and 1 in person presentation/demo/panel interview. The in person interview consisted of 8 SFDC employees; 5 in the room and 3 on the phone.

Interview
The overall process was long with multiple rounds. Conversations focused on background, and fit for the position & culture. One of the last rounds was the panel presentation: creating a presentation based on a case study, and pitching Salesforce Sales Cloud with demo to the mock executive team.
