Salesforce Solution Engineer interview questions

The interview process was pretty long - 3 months due to scheduling conflicts. Had 6 rounds in total. 1) recruiter screening 2) hiring manager 3) peer from the SE team 4) sales director 5) panel presentation 6) VP of SE The panel presentation is based on a case study which you will have 1 week to prepare for. It was intense but I enjoyed the preparing for it. It was a good experience to have a peek into what the role would be like.

The process was very selective and challenging. At the same time, the Salesforce staff and interviewers did everything possible to put me at ease as a candidate. Overall, glad that the vetting was so thorough.
