3 Stage interview, 2 soft stages, 1 either side. All done remotely thanks to COVID. You are assigned a buddy throughout the process, usually a potential peer, to help guide & be available for questions.
1. Recruiter phone screening: Standard
2. Phone call with hiring manager: Friendly & bidirectional. Standard style interview.
3. Phone call with potential colleague: Positioned as less of a hurdle and more of a second discussion to give you a chance to ask a bit more about the role & the practical day to day.
4. Panel presentation/Group Interview: You are given a case study and asked to present a short series of slides & demonstration in-character, with the panel acting as the customer. Expect objections, being taken down rabbit holes/steered off course & being asked things you don't, and aren't expected, to know.
5. Soft interview with the director (2-up manager) which was loosely work related.
