A super professional talent acquisition specialist approached me and proposed me to start the interview process.
Since I wasn't sure about what's the stack is going to be she set me an informal meeting with the hiring manager so he could describe the team and challenges correctly.
Then I want through 4 interviews:
1) Hiring manager - get to know each other and a technical discussion about my experience and the team challenges and roadmap.
2) Hiring manager - coding question (HackerRank) and system architecture question .
3) Principal engineer - Technical in-depth discussion about my experience, system architecture question, and some mutual question about challenges the team is facing and is yet to face.
4) Group leader - Behavioral question where I got to ask where the group is going.
Besides that I was given the opportunity to come to the office and meet with the team after I was offered the job.
The overall experience was amazing, and every person I met was nice and very helpful for everything I needed during the process.
