Salesforce interview questions

I applied online and a recruiter emailed me to schedule time on their calendar. It was a 35 minute phone screen and the conversation felt disrespectful as I was often interrupted during my responses. Before the call was over, I knew I would not be moving to the second step, which was an interview with the hiring manager. I understand it's a competitive market, and Salesforce has the prestige to be selective, but it's not a reason to grill candidates instead of being an active listener. In short, the recruiter lacked basic professionalism. It was a horrific experience and it makes me sad that this person is deciding who is capable of succeeding in a role that is largely dependent on people skills.

I applied online. I received a request for a recruiter interview a little over a month later, and had a hiring manager interview that week. It took less than a week to receive my rejection by the hiring manager. But the remainder of the process for successful candidates includes two writing assessments and a team interview.
