I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Ireland, IN) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was for a position based on an Irish website but focused on the Israeli market. It consisted of three stages:
A Google Meet conversation with a recruiter,
A Google Meet meeting with the hiring manager,
A business case presentation and a mock call with two hiring managers.
The entire process was very clear, and the people I interacted with were warm and open. The conversations felt more human and personal rather than strictly formal.

Question 1
Why Salesforce?
Do you enjoy working in international team?
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions
Quick with lots of different people included, several rounds, no softball, overall a pretty interesting experience. I'd be curious about their cut throat culture. Feel free to share your feedback as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín) in Jan 2026
Interview
Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
