I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Denver, CO) in Feb 2023
Interview
Application Submission: The candidate submits an application or resumes for a job opening. This may be done online or in person. Initial Screening: The employer reviews the application and resumes to narrow down the pool of candidates. This may involve a phone interview or a pre-screening questionnaire to gauge basic qualifications, experience, and interest in the position. First Interview: The employer invites the candidate for the first round of interviews, which may be conducted in person, over the phone, or through a video call. The purpose of this interview is to get to know the candidate better, evaluate their skills and experience, and assess their suitability for the job.
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions
Quick with lots of different people included, several rounds, no softball, overall a pretty interesting experience. I'd be curious about their cut throat culture. Feel free to share your feedback as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín) in Jan 2026
Interview
Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
